RETURNS, please log into your account and fill out the return form at the bottom of the page. Once the return form is completed, you will receive a return ship label via email within 1-2 business days. Make sure to check the email you used when placing your order.
EXCHANGES, please log into your account and fill out the exchange form for a quick and easy exchange.
CANCEL ORDER, you can cancel your order anytime before it ships. If you want to cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please put “CANCEL ORDER” in the subject line.
DAMAGES must be reported to us within seven (7) days of receiving your package. If your product has been damaged please fill out a return and exchange form. There is a section at the bottom of the page to upload your photos of the damage. Damaged items are replaced immediately. Note, we send out replacements for the particular piece that was damaged. So, please state what piece was damaged.
